Sorry to answer a question with another question, but if you look at the basics questions here, I want one or two issues with you - Why you want to start, and how are you qualified to do?
Anyone can start a hedge fund, but like any business requires a lot of capital out of the ground. The easiest part is the hedge fund launch, the hard part is that investors and seed capital to bring to get up and profitable land.
