Has anyone had seizure like symptoms, but have gotten tested for epilepsy, and nothing showed up on the test? - seizure disorder symptoms

I have an anxiety disorder, and we came before the panic attacks. One doctor said it could be a panic attack and I'm not sure. My symptoms like these .... I am totally confused, I'm a tingling rush me the feeling, and then begin to crises. Sometimes stops right there, and sometimes my body. I was a nuerologist, psychiatrists, etc., and nobody knows exactly what it is. If this happened to someone else? What should my next step. I have no idea. Any help or information would be useful. Thank you! :)
